After completion of the online booking form, we will contact you to confirm your booking. At that time we will confirm your appointment time and obtain a credit card (pre-authorization). If you decide to cancel after confirming your appointment, we do a have $49.00 cancellation fee.
Majority of the appliances have several advanced functions, error codes, service manuals and parts. If you are using a servicer who doesn’t have access to the manufacturer service portals/bulletins (only available to authorized servicers), there is a high chance of a mis-diagnosis. Don’t be fooled by servicer’s who claim to be authorized. Prior to booking service with us or any other servicer, you can always call the manufacturer and double check this. Don’t replace your product based on a poor diagnosis.

* Labour to move forward with repair will be billed in addition to the diagnostic fee. You can expect additional labour to be $50.00 to $150.00 approx. range. We bill according to the appliancebluebook.com
* If machine is repairable on first visit or requires a second visit, additional labor rate will remain the same. You do not pay extra labor for a return trip, that’s the beauty of a flat rate labor charge.
*Our repair labor is billed on a FLAT RATE. A job that may take a senior technician 20 minutes, will be billed at the same rate that it may take a junior tech 45 minutes.
What to expect from your Service Call
■ Our factory-trained technician will call you between 8:00am and 9:00am on the scheduled day of your service and advise you of a 2 hour arrival window. You will not have to wait all day for someone to show up. Our technicians carry the top 150-200 parts needed to repair most appliances. We strive to complete repairs on the same day.
■ Our parts come from the original manufacturer and suppliers. We only use genuine, brand new parts for repairs. If a alternative after market part is available, we will advise you prior to proceeding with the repair.
■ We will estimate the cost of your repair before proceeding with any work, excluding the diagnostic fee. We do not charge extra for weekend service calls.
■ All labour and parts are guaranteed for 90 days.
Appliance Replacement Rebate
If you choose not to repair your appliance after having it diagnosed by one of our technicians, bring a copy of your paid work order to the store to receive a $40.00 credit towards the purchase of a new unit. This credit will be applied to the regular advertised price.
