Home Appliances Return Policy
Prior to purchase, we ask that customers double check the specifications of their ideal product and provide them to us so we can find the right fit. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order: Once the product has shipped, we are unable to change your order.
Here are some important return and exchange policies to remember:
■ As standard with most appliance retailers, all sales are final and we do not offer any return or exchange.
■ All non-stocking/special order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. We will confirm your order’s status through email.
■ Immediately inspect delivered products for any major damage. Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery. We are not responsible for any damages after the order is signed and accepted. If any minor cosmetic damage is noted after unpacking your product, please contact us and we will quickly work with you to get it resolved.
■ All appliances we sell are brand new & shipped in their original manufacturer packaging. From time to time, a brand new product may show a fault or malfunction on it’s control panel immediately after plugging in. We will exchange this product for you.
■ If a malfunction appears after 24 hours of your delivery, immediate replacement is not warranted by the manufacturer. We will arrange to have a factory- authorized technician come to your home and repair the product. If the unit is deemed un-repairable, we will replace the product.
■ If you need assistance in ordering a product or technical help, please talk to our online customer service representative.
Parts Return Policy
■ Handy Appliances offers a full manufacturer’s warranty on all parts and accessories. This warranty lasts 90 days from the date of purchase.
■ If a part becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact us and we will make arrangements for the faulty part to be replaced with a new one. If you decide to replace your appliance due to a faulty part, have a change of heart, or you have mis-diagnosed the problem, please be advised your purchase will not be refunded.
■ Please note: Water filters, electrical parts, used parts, installed parts, and “tried” parts cannot be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
