Home Appliances Return and Exchange Policy

Prior to purchase, we ask that customers double check the specifications of their ideal product and provide them to us so we can find the right fit. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item before placing your order: We will not take back any appliance(s) after they have shipped from our warehouse.

Here are some important return and exchange policies to remember:

■  There will be a 25% restocking fee on any cancelled or returned orders, plus the shipping cost to you and back to us.

■ All special order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. We will confirm your order’s status through an email.

■  Ventilation products and microwaves are non-refundable.

■  Immediately inspect delivered products for any major damage. Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery. We are not responsible for any damages after the order is signed and accepted. If any minor cosmetic damage is noted after unpacking your product, please contact us.

■   All appliances we sell are brand new & shipped in their original manufacturer packaging. From time to time,  a brand new product may show a fault or malfunction. If this happens, please note that immediate replacement is not warranted by the manufacturer. The manufacturer will send a factory-trained technician who will attempt to fix the unit. If the unit is deemed un-repairable, the manufacturer will replace the product.

■  If you need assistance in ordering a product or technical help, please talk to our online customer service representative. If you need to cancel an order, call us at 1-866-879-1555. Please do not email us cancellations, as we will not be able to respond to them.

Parts Return Policy

■ Handy Appliances offers a full manufacturer’s warranty on all parts and accessories. This warranty lasts 90 days from the date of purchase. Handy Appliances does not guarantee a return of the part if the part manufacturer declines the request.  

■  If a part becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact us and we will make arrangements for the faulty part to be replaced with a new one. If you decide to replace your appliance due to a faulty part, have a change of heart, or you have mis-diagnosed the problem, please be advised your purchase will not be refunded. 

■  Please note: Water filters, electrical parts, used parts, installed parts, and “tried” parts cannot be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
