Terrible products

Worldpool is making junk. Knobs are steel on the top and plastic on the bottom. but the actual macanism that turns on the burner (attached to the stove is metal) the thin plastic brakes easily as you turn the steel pivot. Why design such a way? If the knob is stainless than the whole piece should be made out of steel. Is so stupid, the top is heavy and the thin bottom that takes all the stress to turn is super light plastic that as you turn it, it cracks until it pulls apart.
