the water taste is weird

after installed this filter, the water taste is weird even i shed 3 buckets of water. i have ordered this product as an automatic purchase.

First filter replacement

easy to install but i did it three times to be sure it was in the locked position.

Good but could be better.

I used a water quality tester, TDS meter, got ~ 35 from Samsung filter compares to ~ 20 to my reverse osmosis filter within 5 filters drinking water system. I connected my drinking water line to Samsung frig., but can not get rid of Samsung water filter.

Horrible product.

I bought Samsung RF323 refrigerator five years ago. After 2 years of using it (!) water dispenser started making noise that was hard to ignore. I replaced filter several times which helped for couple of days then the noise came back. I called tech support, which happened to be somewhere in India. They were nice but absolutely useless. Then I found some tips on YouTube made by Appliances tech. He recommended to replace filter housing, which I did successfully. It fixed the problem for another two years. And now I have exactly the same problem. I have no desire to replace filter housing one more time nor buy another Samsung refrigerator.

lots of flow when first installed

after two months use its flow was significantly reduced, such that my son said - we need a new filter -
